Hello,

I reset my old laptop (running Windows 7 Professional) to "restore factory settings". Now it will only connect to the internet if I type the full address in the address bar, but only if it is a http address. If I type a https address, it comes back as 'check your internet connection' and says that I am not connected to wifi (i know I am because my new laptop - unfortunately running windows 10 - is working fine). Any suggestions?
