Computer not starting upClosed

Hello, 
I build my own pc with a guide on youtube but it is not starting up it turns all all fans work also the cpu fan works everything is plugged in correctly but nothing shows up on the screen the screen and hdmi cable both work

My parts:
Intel g4600
G skill memory 2x8gb
1050 ti 4gb OC gigabyte
Corsair cx 450m
B250m-gaming3
Ssd 250gb sata

Does it Beep?

Take out the RAM, and try to boot.  Does it beep?  If so, then put it back in, and disco the hdd.  Did it beep, or display a message?  Do you have BIOS set to boot to the right device?

Do you see any Onscreen errors?  We really need more details of the result from attempting to boot!
