JBL speaker

Hello,

I recently bought a JBL speaker and cannot get it to work on my Dell laptop. It has Wirdows 8.1 ugrade. I tried connecting the speaker using bluetooth and does work. Moreover, I tried using cables and still will not work. Don't know what to do.
