Changing password of yahoo account in laptop after sim card lost

Hello, sir about that topic, i have the same situation as him but my situation is that i can access my yahoo in my laptop because its been saved in there but the problem is that i cannot whenever i am trying to change my password it need to sign in which also needed a recovery verification using sim card which is i lost.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
