Everytime I start my PC my monitor power goes off

Hello recently ive been having problems with my monitor everytime i start my pc i see bios then the power on my monitor goes off i opened it i replaced 2 burned capacitors but its still the same can you help me my monitor is an lg flatron w2443t

If you are replacing caps and such, it is fried! No amount of online help can assist with troubleshooting AT THE CIRCUIT LEVEL? Do you have a logic probe, an oscilloscope, a schematic, and know what to expect what voltages should be at what test points? If not, then it is dust in the toilet bowl (doesn't matter!)!
