I proved my identity but still can’t log into my account

Hello,
So for a week now I’ve been getting this same message every time I try to log in “thanks for your help we will take a look at the documents you sent” but it’s just so strange that I already had friends send me codes to prove my i.d. Then proved it to Facebook but I still can’t log in. Please someone help me I use this account for work, business, etc.
