Cannot access my yahoo email

Hello,

I need to be able to access my yahoo mail and I do not have my old phone with the number that's on the account and I do not remember the alternative email but I do however remember my password

It's been awhile since I have had to open yahoo because I have always had my app open but now the open app is on my messed up phone and it won't even come on

After 12 months of inactivity account are deleted from the server.
