Hey, so I have two HP laptops, one is a pavilion and the other a note book and basically both keyboards have recently started acting up.
The weird thing is, however, that exactly the same keys on both laptops have suddenly stopped working. The keys I have so far found not to function are "T", "Y", "Ctrl" and "Volume up".
My first thought was maybe the same
Virus has affected both computers as i figured the chances of both keyboards having the exact same keys failing can't be down to chance. So I used malware bytes and ran a scan but found no infections. So I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas on how to fix it?
Cheers

Hi
To troubleshoot the issue and find the problem, try an external keyboard and tell us if the problem reoccurs.
