Regain access to hacked Gmail account

My gmail account was hacked/deleted .. Is there anything I can do to get it back when I don't have the recovery email

Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for one year, it is automatically deleted from the server.

The last time was only 4 days ago.. This all happened 4 days ago..
