Hi! Pls.help me open my yahoo account using a new password, or help me retrieve it using security questions..and have a new password because i havent used it for about 4 to 5 years already because i already forgot the password. And my cellphone number is already new for i lost my cellphone. XXXX

Hi

After 12 months of inactivity (48 or 60 months in your case) Yahoo accounts are deleted from the server, they no longer exist.
