My Facebook account was hacked and blocked

last month I created a facebook profile and it was hacked just minutes afterwards. I informed facebook and instead of helping me back into my profile they kept ca;lling me mary (the hackers name) and told me I was not able to use facebook again. I showed my government issue ID and they still callee me mary. how can I appeal this or report it?

When you created the account what is the name that you used?

What device have you used to create your account?

How were you able to determined that your account was hacked just after you created it?
