Actually my yahoo account link in my old mobile phone number.. however I dont have that num because I’m using the new mobile phone number.. can help me to sign in yahoo account without old mobile phone number?

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Actually for the password and secret question i also can’t remember.. but this email link for my Apple ID and also for a bill when i using the grab or uber car.. I feel this way can help me to open my yahoo id..

Your account is not related to Apple. If you haven't use it for a while, the account has been deleted.
