How to recover my files

Hello,

I got a some problems in my pendrive. I have a some important documents in pendrive but its not supported in my laptop. When I try to open my pendrive it says.. You need to format the disk in drive before you can use it.
And when I suddenly cancel it then some instruction has came.. The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.
