Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire One with Windows 8.1 and it when it boots up it goes to preparing to repair and then diagnosing and then unable to finish shut down and just keeps looping through this please help me I tried everything I don't know how to get it out of this Loop? any help would be appreciated thank you!

I suggest that you reset your computer to out of the box factory settings.
Unfortunately, you would lose all of your data.
That's all I can think of.
