PC get blue screen with 4 options

Hello,
Turn on PC get blue screen with 4 options cannot get past these options just reboots comes back same page or tells me logbin as admin is no option to do that

You need a PC tech with access to the hardware to do a diagnoses. It's possible a failing hard disk has damaged the Windows files so you can start Windows. If so, you will need to buy a new hard disk and re-install Windows.
