Help my gmail account was disabled i already message support team they said my account cannot be restored because of spam, i accidentally sent a request message to multiple accounts, i really need my account back for my 2fa in other platforms. is there any way to retrieve my gmail account? thank you

Just do the traditional changing of the username and changing of the password you don't have any other choice

when i go to forgot password it says that google couldn't verify this account belongs to me because it was disabled i thing

You account will never be enabled again. You appeal was rejected. Forget about Facebook.
