Stream notebook 11 cannot factory reset!!

I have a stream notebook 11 that I want to factory reset because I am trying to sell it, because it never gets used. but when I go to try and factory reset, it tells me I can't because it tells me I need to delete more. it tells me I have 4.98 GB to delete and I have deleted all of my apps!!! WHAT DO I DO?!?! :(
