Write Protected Pen Drive

Hello,
I have a Sony Wio 400GB Pen Drive. Everytime i try to format it or copy anything in it..
It says its write protected. There is no switch or anything as in floppy..
I have searched the pen drive thoroughly, there no switch.
Please tell me some other way or any kind of software to solve this problem..
Awaiting responses as soon as possible...

It is probably a fake device, with a memory controller that makes it look like it has 400GB memory, but the actual memory is 1 GB or less.
