OS loading issue

Hello sir,

one of my desktop of wipro continuously beeping,
after pressing restart button 2 to 3 times it get started.

i done the basic troubleshooting steps, like clean the RAM and CPU fan

but the problem remains same, please suggest me the solution on it.

Probably a failing motherboard. Replacement is an option.
