I wanna change my recovery phone number ,but I forgot my pswd

Hi team,
I'm bharathi. I unfortunately fun use my old phone number for days and it got disconnected. This email.ID ***@*** has my mobile number 9*********8 as its recovery number. But now I forgot my password of the mail I'd too. As I was forced to change my mobile phones I dint remember, also accounts were synchronized. Now my kids made me reset the mobile once again and now I lost the mobile number and email ID. Please help me resolving it. All my upsc tnpsc facebook... Bank accounts are linked with this email and so I wanna badly use this account.
