Hello, my account was disabled and they asked me put in my phone number which I did but it was not a cell phone then they asked me to log in where I did before but I was already on the same computer I was on before so I cannot access anything. The reason they gave was because something may have affected my security but the only thing I did was to access facebook by firefox and not goodle chrome.

The reset code was probably sent to the phone number you gave.

You must now do the entire procedure again.

How? They replied to an ordinary line to which no one can text.

The Facebook robot would not know the difference between an ordinary line or a mobile phone. A phone number is a number like any other.
