Hello,
I think my account has been hacked.. I have two factor authentication on my account and yet can't access my account.. I have my email and phone number I used to open the account with me... But am not getting the log in code.. Please help me

How can you determine that your account was hacked?

Is your page presently online for everyone to see?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I thought it was hacked because I can't get my two factor authentication code from 631 anymore.. My sim I used to register the account and e-mail associated with the account is with me.

There is no two factor authentication code for Facebook.

For the 3rd time...Is your page presently online for everyone to see?

My code for two factor authentication is not coming to my SIM nor my e-mail... I have everything intact... Both password, e-mail and phone number associated with my account and all is not working.... Usually there's always a code from 631 anytime I want to log in.. The code is no longer coming as SMS to my phone.. My Facebook user name is Annie Ismaah

There's two factor authentication code from Facebook usually after entering password, there's always a requirement for code sents latest 5mins after entering password... Then you log in... I'm not sure if my account is active for everyone to see. I asked someone to help me check through my account the last time I came online and she said its not showing

Go on Facebook, look for your page, tell me if it's online. You do not need to login to see if your page is online.

Since it's offline, you can't tell if it was hacked. A hacker would make changes to the page but not disable it.

Now, when you try to log in, the usual way, what message appear to you?

If I enter my username and password, it will show, a message reading, "enter the code from the SMS that will be sent to your phone shortly for verification"" And thereafter, the code will not come and without the code,I can't log in. That's the issue... Am even fed up already

Since your account is offline a code would not work anyway even if you had it.

I suspect that your account has been disabled.

Is this the same phone number with which you created the account?

Since you are fed up, why don't you forget about your account and go on with your life?

Hello, I got a friend request from that account now to the new (temporary) account that I opened.. I believe the account was hacked. please help me

There is no such thing as temporary accounts. Facebook allows only one account per person. If you create a new account, the first one will get disabled for ever.

OK.. I can easily delete the new account but how do I get the old one back??? that's my main concern. please

You cannot easily delete the new account. It takes 15 days to delete an account.
