Hello,
I have tried all your suggestions but it won’t let me into my account. It says you have tried to many codes. This has lasted for 4 days. I have tried creating a new account but it always goes back to my original password and I am not sure I have the correct password. Please help me find a way to get into my account!

We also cannot tell if you have the correct password.

Delete all of your temporary files and cookies, wait 96 hours and try again.
