Deleting a hacked Facebook account

Hi, I'm just wondering if there's any way a Facebook can be deactivated/ closed down from outside the account due to my Facebook being hacked and I have no way of regaining access.They are sending indecent images to all my family and friends and sending verbal abuse. I've contacted Facebook and still had no response. I've got all my friends and family to report the Facebook account but Facebook just keep saying the same thing " it's not against our standards" etc... I've run out of ideas and so desperate! Please help.
