msg appearing when system starting Closed

Hello,
when i start the computer one msg appearing on desk top that is "cannot find script file c:\windows\sysytem32\virusguard.vbs. this msg comes on my desk top. what is the problem and how to solve the problem.pls give advise.

hi,
go to folder option and allow to view hidden files.
then go to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,c:\windows\system32\wscript.exe,c:\windows\system32\VirusGuard.vbs
and change it to 
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe
