How to turn ur pc screen upside down onaVista

Hello,
My friend told me that she found out how to turn her computer's screen upside down. Alt+Ctrl+ down arrow key.. it works on my laptop that runs on a Windows XP, but my desktop is newer and runs on Windows Vista and i've tried and tried to use the same way it did on my laptop. Is there another way of doing it on Vista's? Or do Vistas just not do it? If anyone knows how I would really appreciate it if you could tell me.. Me and my friends enjoy finding new tips and tricks on our computers! hehehe thanks :)

you can, that option is in the graphics driver software
