WINDOWS 7 OPENING FILE ERROR ON STARTUP

my system is showing "error opening the file " on start up again and again every 15 second

it shows like that--

line 0 (file "c:\windowssystem\system32\-systemcheck"):

This could be a hard disk read error caused by a failing hard disk. The solution would be replacing the hard disk and re-installing Windows from your back-up copy.
