Making an MP4 from PowerPoint

I have created a PowerPoint with Audio and Video that I am trying to convert to MP4.

I have gone to "Export" and am working to create new timing. I see how to record the timings but I am not seeing how to "save" the work. The "save file" has been created....I don't see it on the screen where I am working.

Help, please? ed
