Cant log in my Facebook

Hiiyya× I need help please, i cant log in my fb account ive had for ova 6yrs and its the only 1 ive eva used so i have so much on it and devastated if i lose it all :-( ive forgot my log in password and av tried everything i no to do to recover it but no good, i had a different phone number bk then so i carnt get a code sent to it to reset my password... as ive not got access to that phone anymore av also forgot my gmail password to get my messages n code sent there coz a carnt log in there either... to be honest ive always remembered my passwords and a always keep same password for other stuff too so i think my facebook account has been hacked or sumones been on it and changed my details. Plus i had my phone stolen and all my accounts were all logged in so it cud of been then that its been changed! Please help me am so upset about it av tryed for weeks now to get on me account a will be totally devastated if a lose all my pictures memorys videos of my 2 daughters and family and also memorys of people i luvd that have passed away :-( which are irraplaceable... plsssss hellllpppp meeee!!! av got people saying donna yu mayswell stop & give up now trying to get help coz theres nowt that can be dun is this true am i wasteing my time but a hope not thanksssss sooooo much luv donna xx
