Bootable pen drive need administrator permission Closed

Hello, 
I have make my pendrive bootable then when i copy anything in pendrive it shows you will need administrator permission i clicked on continue but it still shows the same message

Well, first of all, a bootable pendrive does make it writable.  A bootable pen drive would boot the PC.  What operating system are you using to try to write to it?

Well I m using Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit 
2 GB RAM
