SoWar Browser

Hello,
I have a problem regarding SoWar browser, i believed that my desktop and my two laptops was infected by this virus via usb. My antivirus both Norton and AvG are both updated but the SoWar browser still remains at the top of my internet explorer but at least it's first symptoms was removed by the anti virus like the malfunctioning of the taskbar and RedTube(porn site) as an initial home page for my internet explorer. Can you please give me a suggestion which antivirus system or action that could remedy this problem. Hoping for immediate reply through my email. Thank you
