Facebook account is in Japanese now

Hi. I accidentally changed the language on Facebook from English to Japanese. I don't understand what symbols are used for the word language so I can be able to change it back to English. Can anyone help someone who's not very good at things like this? In the simplest terms and way possible please. I need a textbook for dummies to figure it out on my own. Thanks for your time and assistance in this.

I don't speak the language you've written your answer in. But I was able to uninstall and reinstall Facebook which did fix my problem. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter anyway though. I appreciate that.
