Headphones and speakers working simultaneously

Hello I have Toshiba P-50 Laptop with Windows 8. When I plug headphone or earphone in, others can still hear the volume and I can also hear while wearing headphone. I have IDT Audio Control Panel and couldn't find appropriate settings to mute the speakers once headphones are plugged in. All my drivers are up to date.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi!
I had this problem myself.
What i did was i downloaded clean master Driver booster and installed an older version for the sound drivers and it fixed the problem :)
