Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
I know the digits for the phone number but I don't think I have anything to ask me a test question or something like that or if there's no other way I can get back in it like I created so some questions you know that I did do that like backup questions and I can answer that to get into it

Yahoo no longer uses secret questions, the system sometimes asks for them but they no longer work. The only way to get an account key is through a recovery email address.
