Hi all: I have a problem with my Dell lap-top. I'd be on any web page and all of a sudden the screen goes blank. This happens 2 or 3 times a month. Then after 10 or 15 seconds I get an information that gives me 4 options.

(1) Continue. "exit and continue to Windows 10"
(2) Turn off your PC.
(3) Use a device. "use a USB Drive, network connection, or Windows Recovery DVD"
(4) Troubleshoot. "reset your PC or see advanced options"

I just don't know what to do. I don't know if It's my lap-top or a virus. Has anyone had this problem?

I have a Dell Inspiron 17 with Windows 10.

Thanks in advance for any help I may receive.

It could be a bad memory module or a failing motherboard.

Thanks for your reply. How can I check these things? I bought the lap-top last September at the air base in Las Vegas, so the guarantee should be ok. I live in Germany, so I'll have to look up a Dell shop and ask them.
