GTA Iv compatibility requirements

Hello,
I intalled gta IV on my pc but When I start the game it come with error like this gtaIV fatal error:dd3d50 please help me!
processor:Intel(R) core to duo cpu e7200@2.53Ghz
Memory:2GB ram 250GB hard disk
display:intel express chipset family
os:Microsoft Windows xp Professional

Hello , firstly you should determine if your PC is powerful enough to run GTA 4 and you can achieve this by testing through a website. Plz read this article:
