Windows script error cant find checker vbs

I dont know why but for some reason there is always this message called windows script error and it says cant find file checker vbs. I know why it said that because before it says windows script error checker vbs not cannot find script checker vbs. Then while a was a watching a video on youtube on how to fix that it the dude said to delete that so i did it then windows script error says cannot find checker vbs. First i was not disturb then while time passes it started like popping up for like every hour. Please help me fix it
