Mouse and keyboard not responding except on bios

Hello, excuse me if i make mistakes, I am french.
Since few weeks, when i turn on my computer, my mouse and my keyboard are not working.
They Work in the bios of my computer but they don't work in the Windows menu.

Can somebody help me ?

go into my BIOS and change an Intel setting in the USB section, disable that and reboot
