Signcut Pro software isn't working

Hello, signcut pro software does not work. tried everything from downloading all drivers checking usb connection etc etc. Shuts down constantly on start up. i got the cutter working with easy cut pro software, however now. this app will not start up. The reason being, i had to abort the mission half way through as the vinyl got chewed up in the machine.
