Computer hardware error!

Hello, crew
I am currently having a problem with my Dell desktop, it just logged off unexpectedly. And when I switch it on, it just shows a black screen with this dash flashing at the top left corner. Can you please help me out I'm having a bad time!

Hi Mike

I was hoping to get the task manager to be able to launch your operating system.

It certainly looks like a hard disk failure. Only a qualified technician can attend to it.

Ok, so there are no other possible ways out of this situation?

What about a windows boot disk? or can I be able to boot the system using my phone?

Can't use your phone, but you can try the disk

If you press alt+ctrl+del, does it open the task manager?

If I press alt+ctrl+del, it restarts and shows a black screen. Then it shows this text only, followed by a blinking cursor :
