Windows refuses to show on screen. No icons appear

Hello,
Nothing seems to work. The program to scan computer says it installs but then a drop down appears that say's "click below to start program." but it is pointing at "uninstall!" And re-cycles back through everything I've already typed in. Don't really have money for help but may have to take to repair shop for help. Nothing here seems to be working to my advantage!
