Arris Router won't route

I have an Arris DG860 Modem with wireless router. Somehow I seem to have disabled the router and now I can't log into the system to make any changes. I tried the reset button and it didn't change anything. I was able to log into the router when it was first connected by going to 192.168.0.1 and logging in.

If the reset button doesn't work then either the router or the power supply has failed.
