Hello, my acct was hacked and now my fb acct is blocked! i did not know trying over and over again was a violation i panicked and now im in a bad situation pls help me get back in my acct! i am disabled, and its helps me get thru the day pls im sorry i had no idea i was in somekind of violation

All my friends got private messages I didn't send. I tried to change my password. And it said blocked

First of all visit to the official Facebook hacked account website: https://www.facebook.com/hacked then click on the option of "My Account is Compromised".
