You have already posted about the same issue in this thread.

We have already established that you account has been disabled because you have used a fake name to create your account. You profile is not online and you will never be able to recover it.
You will not be able to create another account because Facebook is no longer trusting you.
You must now go on with your life without Facebook.

Ok you are a DR, so you can appreciate this.
You are responsible for 1.3 billion people. 1% of the people you were responsible for, all had the same illness. It takes you (you are the only one who can fix this) about 5 minutes per person to apply the MAGIC serum! How long would it take for you to get through all of the sick people?
That is what Facepuke deals with, but they are a robot, and cannot fix it that fast, as robots do not know anything about urgency, or cost of business! They work at the same pace regardless of who they are fixing!
Didn't you hear about FLIPPY the burger flipping robot getting fired? He didn't work fast enough, and COULD not keep up with demand!
