Kastor All Video Downloader 6.0.0Closed

Question

I have decided to delete the All Video Downloader program from my PC because it was not what I had expected. I was just looking for a simple way to download videos from YouTube and found this confusing. Could you please close my account as I have paid for the Premier subscription for 19.00 USD. I would appreciate it if you could send me a refund back to the card I signed up with.
Please and Thank You in advance. 

Note: The program is a good one, but it does not satisfy my needs at this time.

I guess I am still confused because this is the receipt and information email that I received after the purchase was approved. Who do I contact then, Intee or Kastorsoft
