How to recover Yahoo account changed phone

Hi I'm having a problem signing into my Yahoo account I changed my phone number plus my phone and I haven't accessed I don't have access to that phone anymore and I have a new phone number and because of security code goes to the whole number I cannot sign it and I don't have an alternate email address is there any way that you can help me to sign in my account I just have so many things important email to look at and I'm not able to sign in

Tell us, when you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive an account key?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
