I need to reset my recovery email and recovery phone number and I need help please. Initially I forgot my password and cannot reset a new password without the recovery email or phone number. Please help

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
