Can't login to my Yahoo email

So i remeber my yahoo password and email. But it wont let me log in. I just changed my number so i can use that and the email I used for backup has the same problem. I dont understand why yahoo has to do this when i remember my password and email. I had the same problem with gmail, and i forgot my password there. But they helped me solve it. YAHOO IS USELESS
