My windows xp not working

Hello,

I have a dell desk top pc before it's working very well it just after this blue screen with error come up when i re-start my pc it always get back to those menu with the selection if you will want to load it normally or in safe mode but when i select any of this my pc will load and go back to it again my operating system is windows XP. please help it has been 1 week now i cannot use my pc. thank you in advance.

hi,
if you have recently installed a software or hardware, this may be the cause.
uninstall it.
you may also update the drivers of your computer, they might have become obsolete.
or try to do a system restore to restore your computer to an early setting.
