When i go into my boot menu by pressing F12 i get no option that says "CD/DVD"
The only thing that shows in my boot menu is "windows boot manager"
My recovery disc says i need to click "CD/DVD" to start the recovery proccess.

What OS?
Boot manager will boot to a disk if there is one in there. Did you set up a recovery disk on the hard drive? If so, then you need to hit F8 during boot, and select boot to disk (that is the windows disk it is asking for). That will then ask if you wish to repair or recover. If your recovery is on the hard disk, this is how you get to it. It you have no WINDOWS operating system disk to spin and boot from, we need to know what OS.
